Moreau's World's Famous Macaroni is a family company that's rooted in a diverse style of cooking which started in the home kitchen of Brooklyn, NY.  The recipes came from the family tradition of experimenting with culturally different foods and creating one delicious experience!  This concept was taken to the streets of Brooklyn by the Moreau's who specialized in a new style of baked pasta dishes.  The Moreau's earned the reputation of making the best macaroni and cheese pies with various toppings and have been catering large events since 1997.  Moreau's Famous Macaroni was established in 2014 as a desire to share in the family's roots and reputation; introducing  a new macaroni and cheese style by incorporating a Southern swag.
